Applications will not be accepted without a 50% deposit of your registration fee. 

All teams are required to submit a Hockey Canada Approved Roster along with payment.

If for any reason your team is unable to attend after acceptance, you will need to notify the Tournament Committee immediately. 

Teams canceling within 60 days of the tournament date will be subject to a forfeiture of their entry fee.
